I had a great experience specially with my support worker who worked with me from the beginning of my crisis
Suggested improvements
I believe the service should have supported me more in terms of diagnosing me and prescribing medication.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you were unsatisfied with some aspects of the service. The ARMS team primarily offers psychological and social support. We do not currently have facilities to diagnose and prescribe, therefore we recommend talking to your GP if those would feel helpful.
