UCAT is a non-judgemental service who have supported me when I have been rock bottom.
Suggested improvements
When care transferred back to CMHT I have some kind of follow up with CMHT.

Thank you for your feedback, I am glad you had a positive experience with UCAT. If your care was transferred to CMHT you should indeed have follow up in place, I am not clear from the statement if you are confirming this happened or raising that it perhaps did not as yet. Please provide additional details if you have concerns and we will address these.
