Sr Sandaran was extremely polite and understanding. Showing patience and allowing me to explain in my own way my experienced and feelings. The ability to a conciliation appointment was extremely good at it took much time off my initial appointment. The reception staff, were at all times extremely polite, helpful, and courteous.
