Depending on each member of staff being excellent or poor. Everything has to be the same as he has autism and he can't communicate at all. Not suitable environment too much noise.

A meeting got canceled and I wasn't notified (carer) this upset the patient very badly. He isn't able to communicate his needs (at all).
