Some lovely staff genuinely care. Others not so much.
Suggested improvements
Plug in (smellys), beauty therapist daily, mounted TV on wall with face time, music and access to fresh air at all times.

The ward has 2 tv rooms available however we currently do not advocate TV's in patient bedrooms. We do have a ward iPad that can be used to facetime. A variety of therapy activities including reflexology and beauty therapy occur weekly, sadly there is not the provision to provide daily at this time.
