I was very pleased with the way [name removed] talked to me yesterday, she was very kind.

Suggested improvements
There was a row that went on in reception whilst I was waiting, between the receptionist and a member of staff, it went on for quite a while. I think it was unprofessional, this was the first introduction I had. It didn’t put me at ease. [name removed] was brilliant though !
