I felt like I've achieved a lot from the therapy and got a lot out of it, in a good way. I think there wasn't any problems with any staff in the team. It took a bit of time to get started into therapy but I know that wasn't solely this team, that was to do with the NHS, I don't expect that to be instant. I think you tailored the therapy well and it was well-tailored to me, what I want and what I get out of it. It was a good balance of asking me what to do, but if I didn't have ideas you would come up with ideas - but the ideas weren't forced on me.
