[name removed] has been amazing throughout my process kept me gave and made me feel very welcome and unembarrassed about the situation what a amazing woman and a asset to St. Mary's and NHS.

Suggested improvements
Struggle to get through on phone between 8:30 to 11:00 am but I understand they are busy and working hard I old always get through in the end.
