I Could not get a face to face appointment. I was told that a kit would be sent to Me. Waited over two weeks, no kit. Called back, eventually got through. Was told there “had been a mistake and kit was not sent” Had to go over to collect kit. Did a urine test, waited another week for results. Results came back negative, however I still have symptoms. I do not think they have done a thorough test.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some feedback on our service. We are sorry that you had a unsatisfactory experience. In response to the lack of provision of face to face appointments, as a service we are offering a mixture of face to face appointments and telephone appointments to our patients. We assess all of our patients initially over the phone and may order tests, before we follow up with a face to face appointment if this is clinically indicated. If you are experiencing on-going symptoms , however you should have been offered a face to face appointment so we apologize if this was not provided in this case. If you would like to arrange one please contact the Ashwood Centre on 03000 274100 and explain that you have on-going symptoms and we can arrange this for you.
