The care and treatment I have received has been excellent. The Bowan has helped so much with my ear constant pains and lasts. A truly remarkable thing.
A drinks machine in reception would be nice as our journey to get there is a long one.

Discuss suitable treatment - joint discussion. Made me feel valued and important as a patient. Went over allocated time so I had my treatment. I always feel valued as a person.
Nothing could be improved.

I have received excellent care and support since being referred to St Margaret's community team - Ursula.
She listens well, is proactive in ensuring I receive the night support as when needed.

Has time to listen to things. Makes me feel safe and looked after. Sorts out anything that maybe troubling me, or on my mind.
