The wonderful peaceful feeling of optimism and fun which the care gives. Meeting new people, hearing their story. Total dedication of the staff. Perhaps chair (or other) yoga session for all would be beneficial if possible.

The kindness of volunteers and paid staff, and their ability to detect one's mood without probing without them to make very helpful conversations.
I feel I would like a little more information about what I am to expect in the next few stages of my illness - if that's possible.

The care the patient has received has been wonderful.
The staff are supportive, kind and friendly. They are willing to address your worries and concerns sensitively.
At last, the patient has been cared for. His previous needs addressed and he is listened to and supported.
The atmosphere at the hospice is peaceful, caring and inspiring.
St Margaret's Hospice Taunton was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
