Not a lot. Very good treatment and information.
Its difficult, well high impossible to think of any way in which the service can be improved. From the receptionist to nursing staff - all most helpful and reassuring.
Just the way we have been treated and looked after. No need for improvement.
I think that Ali Batcheler (spelling!!) her always given me wonderful advice.
Very personalised. Friendly, caring staff.
The lovely ladies from the lymph team are all very friendly and kind. They always listen and offer support. In which ever way they can. They always make sure I'm comfortable and I really appreciate all they do.
I don't think you could improve on anything. The nurses are lovely, they talk to me and let me talk to them which is great cos I don't always talk to anyone (except my dog) all day. The equipment recently used is wonderful. People here understand me although I am not seriously ill they take me seriously and don't make me feel a waste of space nor resources.
Staff were welcoming and explained the treatment that I was receiving. They also explained the treatment I could receive in the longer term.
They listen to what I have to say :-).
I cannot express how amazing my counsellor was, I've learnt a lot about dealing with my mother's death thanks to him, when I was upset talking about my mum's death of even before her death i felt like he actually deep down felt saddened by what I was saying, I am still in amazement at how wonderful and amazing St Margaret's is. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
St Margaret's Hospice Taunton was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
