Given a space to feel comfortable and safe, to let go of daily worries. To be allowed to relax and let go for a short time of outside pressures. Feeling a lot better in physical and mental state. Would have been nice to have more than just one session.

Kitchen staff willing to do anything to tempt prepare any foods needed by patient. Staff cheerful and considerate always. Place always cleaned and tidy.

This four session cooking course has been excellent. Our instructors have been very kind, helpful and patient. In an ideal world the sessions could be longer so a wide range of recipes could be fried but I feel the main value was in giving the novice like me, the confidence to cook from scratch from a recipe. Thank you ST. Margarets!
