My only experience was bereavement counselling. For me personally, concealing is not a silver bullet. First I get to get the benefit going forward. I do not have any suggestions for improvement as I found the experience as good as it could possibly have been. Thank you very much.

The staff were helpful. Always trying to help. Nothing was to much trouble. Always had time for anything you wanted to say.

Best possible care at a very difficult time. In a no going back situation kindness and compassion shown were very much welcomed by the family.
I'm not sure you can improve really. Facilities and staff were amazing, the option to both eat and stay on site made it all so much more manageable.
just keep on doing more of the same.
