The lady know her job and I understood her I will remember all she told me, I follow he advice.
The only improvement I could suggest (and I know this may not be possible) is I did find all the noise from the room quite disruptive and made it hard to concentrate.

Perfectly happy with my care.
Sometimes takes a little while to respond to bigger but understand they are very busy.

All the team have been amazing from staff nurses HCAs cleaners and kitchen staff and all volunteers.
