The service fixed to me was good, getting the targets to me could be better. The care was good throughout my stay with just a few blips.

Its a very confusing time- not sure who should be doing what when and why not sure what I can ask for maybe a leaflet detailing to can ask for maybe a leaflet detailing to patients what you can actually do for us.
Suggested improvements
Just more detailed information. Getting a diagnosis and the traumatic journey. I didn't know or understand who should be doing what for me or who I should contact. Hospitals need very sketchy information, to be better organized.

Friendly helpful staff. I was seen on time, the staff knew my history and kept me informed about each stage of my appointment.

Very knowledgeable and presented many options I hadn't thought of.
Suggested improvements
The assumption was that I was not going to improve or recover but gradually need more care which was a bit depressing as my condition was improving.
