I have always had my treatment explained by happy caring staff who away check of I am comfortable while being treated.
Good kind service, well explained.
Alison listened to what I had to say and looked at different options to assist my situation. She was knowledgeable and empathetic.
Very pleased.
Another important skill that is often overlooked is listening and not being judgemental. I rate the staff very highly their to { } and care second to none.
I was shown very good information about how to make my breathing easier with my problem which was a big help to me.
Having been here for 7 weeks one might expect standards to drop occasionally but that never happened. Cher, Judith, Elaine, Lydia and the rest of the nurses backed by healthcare assistants Michelle, Jason, Ruth and others have been so caring and professional along with the doctors on a daily basis. Nothing was too much trouble however trivial you felt it was. Catering always willing to try and make food interesting when appetite was poor. To us nothing could be improved and can only thank everyone for making end of life care so comforting.
