I think there should be more liasion between hospice and doctor and mosque. From my experience it would 'fill in gaps' via discussions before speaking to the patient.

This service has been very good, following a poorer service from breast care, who did not diagnose any lymphodema despite my wound not healing for 6 months.

Please increase the training on breast lymphodema to the breast care team to prevent other ladies suffering unnecessarily.

Staff extremely pleasant and understanding which I really appreciated as last 2 years for me has been awful and for them all to be so nice to me was fantastic - thank you.

Very small point. Thankfully I do not have lymphoedema which is why I assume I was not given massage leaflet until my discharge (2 years after operation) but last nurse especially helpful and suggested massage and gave me leaflet to hopefully avoid it in future. I was provided with exercises at start which I do.
