Hand-over briefings were done well so that you always felt staff werer up to speed on the details of your treatment.

There was a bit fo hassle about discharge meds getting them in time from { } etc.

After my wife died. I did not receive any follow up contact for 10 days and it was only after I emailed { } Ruff that she contacted me and then I was just passed onto the bereavement service.
