Elaine and Argie listened to myself and my husband. We felt relaxed with them they were very helpful with claiming for attendance allowance, blue badge and contact for local help.
I attend the lymph edema Clinic. This is always very positive. I always come away with helpful things and tips, explanations etc- whether not I have known in advance to ask. I knew that if I need to I can ask questions. It is brilliant. The information I am given helps me to resolve issues and nip them in the bud.
Very professional and caring. Also very knowledgeable, able to show a clear understanding of my problems.
Explaining the types of hosiery and what would be suitable for me and why.
The reason for my answers is because carer was informative and listened to my concerns.
Very knowledgeable felt they took their time, did not with me and I felt listened to very kind, caring.
For us there couldn't be any improvement, the staff were caring and so wonderful with my dad and with us also. They looked after him in very difficult circumstances and made him as comfortable as possible. They joined in with his humour and spoke so respectfully to him and us at all times. Just a wonderful, peaceful place to end his days. I could watch the squirrels & birds outside his window as I sat by his side. I played his favourite music for him too. The food was lovely and very cheap.
Lovely place, lovely staff, excellent care, second to none!
I was lucky enough to have 2 nurses (one trainee) and they were both very attentive.
