The staff were excellent well trained and compassionate.

There was one occasion I discovered my wife hadn’t been given a lunch. It was explained this was because she had said she didn’t want one- contrary to the standing instruction that she miss {} and encouraged to eat. The experience was me worried if she had other meals missed.
