Being welcomed by staff who know me well. No waiting. New style of pump and sleeve seem effective. Pleasant surroundings - cool but not cold. Being given a cup of tea. Checked that I have enough appointments. Improvement: Having this treatment available at most Monday hospital/Burnham - on sea.
