Has been visited by palliative care nurses at home and they are good.
Has not been satisfied with nurses who have changed her dressings (unsuve if they are from St. JH).
Suggested improvements
The dressing changes. As that has caused an infection. Which is likely to be a cause of her being as in patient.

Always considerate of patients needs kind, friendly staff. Nurse Jo is still supporting deceased patients family needs.

Very clean, hygienic nurse check regularly doctors call/explain things, nurses take what you say seriously/pass on the message to the doctors.
Suggested improvements
Everything is done well, but maybe checking on her when she's alone more (I am no sure if you already do this) just in case/to make sure she's okay.
