Patient has a range of symptoms and gets support from different teams. They are not always on the some page and we sometimes get asked to call somewhere else.
Suggested improvements
St Josephine as good but it would help if we were told were about what the causes could be and who to call when.

I feel happy to attend workshop and meeting new people, and the staff are very good and helpful.
