Staff and services good.
Only you can improve communication services because some of your patient do not speak English, could be interpreter services.

Extremely caring staff, who just can't do enough to help with care of patients in anyway they can. Day and night whatever their needs, and there is nothing I can see that could be improved.

You could relax and know you have people who look after what you want, not what they want they want to do. If really bad they do not lave you alone. To know someone is there means a lot.

The volunteer was really nice and made a lot of effort but my mum wasn't really engaging much if I wasn't there. It would have been better for someone closer to her age as the volunteer was very young. Some of the visits had to be missed because of exams.
