Been coming to St Joseph's hospice in London for a number of years, and find the staff caring and ready to listen when I have a problem or need help with something. I don't think the money could buy the caring respect and love I've been given when I've been in St Joseph's. But I would like to see more nurses and staff, more activities, that would use to do in the past, we use to take to the park and have picnics, or we were taken to the museum, and going to the pictures, this made me very happy as we had things to look forward too, sadly things are not quieter same, but I still love being here with the staff that is here, they do a great job.
Soothing and caring.
The hospice is very good at following patients after they are no longer in patients, offering physiotherapy and complementary therapy. The actual treatment is very good and I have found it most beneficial.
Really expert, really kind :-).
Can't think of any improvements!
It was perscuzil to my mum. She connected with it and interacted with the volunteer - which is important.
As long as you have that rapport between people it improved. She looked forward to it.
Extremely good.
Could not be better. Lovely people - God bless them all.
Being waited on, very much appreciated. Gives me a break especially if I am in pain and having difficulty on that particular day.
Really good staffing - people here able to help.
