Staff informed me and explained all aspects of care to me at all times. They tried to reduce the level of my anxieties at all points too.
Care was excellent from doctors, nurse, HA and cleaners.
All staff friendly and caring.

The therapist was very thorough and gave me the time and attention which I required. The time pressure of the therapist was apparent although rightly not adhered to.

The individual attention from the therapist to my physical condition, and the gentle but from treatment given to poorly muscles, also the information about how to maintain the benefits myself, until next treatment.
