As a first visit the nurse and consultant were very informative and were excellent in explaining what facilities were available at St. Joseph's. I have had previous dealings with the hospice and have nothing but good things to say about the service provided.

Staff informed me and explained all aspects of care to me at all times. They tried to reduce the level of my anxieties at all points too.
Care was excellent from doctors, nurse, HA and cleaners.
All staff friendly and caring.
