All staff encountered so far from St. Jh have taken time to listen and advice. When unable to help, they have researched and found other sources of help.

The one time that service was less good was on the evening of 4/8/24 when the 24/7 contact line was not answered readies this may be due to it being a Sunday evening.

The volunteer was such a nice person, she had al skill, and experience and connected really well with the service user. Managed to create a good relationship and provided meaningful, enjoyable and thematic sessions for the service user.
