Home visit is a very good service. The nurse from the palliative care team was very friendly. She took her time and listened. Very helpful. Her name is Jenna (I hope this is spelt correctly).
Very polite. Gave us a lot of useful info. A lot of help regarding what he entitled too.
A brilliant job. Thank you. The volunteer did so much and it was great service. We are so grateful. Mum passed away very peacefully a few days after the last visit. The Namaste visits made such a difference in her last two months. We are so grateful. It was brilliant. The volunteer was so thoughtful. Thank you.
All very good over and above. Nothing to complain about.
The nursing staff, care assistant and doctors are kind, compassionate, skilled and dedicated. The whole atmosphere of the hospice is calm, liberal and you feel you are in a centre of excellence. Having a private room meant friends were able to support us through this difficult time without feeling like we were imposing on others. Having the ponders, quite room or reception made us feel less claustrophobic. Dinner at 5pm feels very early, 6 maybe, the drinks trolley later in the day might be more appropriate. We did not know how to access complimentary therapies.
Emergency answered quickly. Never ignored! I can't think of anything bad.
Very good care from staff, could not do enough for you.
Not enough beverages brought around EG - cups of tea.
Patience and understanding. I could not get any better anywhere. Thank you.
I have used the social worker several times while under the care of St Joseph's and have always found them to be efficient and hard working on my behalf.
Caring service, professional people, especially Ahmed helped us a lot. He is very professional and helpful.
