It was directed to me and I was listened to. She did not feel like she was a burden.
The therapist was gentle and I felt the benefit from having the treatment - lovely lady. Very caring.
Always having someone there to do anything I need, to listen and to give advice.
Staff very kind and caring. Thank you to you all.
The staff are always considerate and caring and always upbeat and smiling. It makes you happy as well and to have a good chat to someone makes it a very enjoyable day.
The staff were very good to him. They looked after him very good. The doctor were very good with him. The care is so good as well.
Very client centered and responsive but also shared experiences that may help. Immediate appointments. I had 3 sessions one a 1.5 weeks which really helped.
Personal directed to myself. Person centered care. I feel that patient and time were shown to me. I feel it's easy to express myself in the presence of the therapists.
The good about my care was nurse and doctor. Always willing to help when needed. All so I like to say thank you to all your volunteers who give up there time to come and help just by talking to someone makes the day go by and stop you thinking about your illness. Thank you. God bless you.
