I have really taken so much away from our sessions; after our bereavement, it has been extremely helpful to discuss our behavior patients as a family and how we navigate a new future without our mum.
My only wish is that the sessions were more often.

Before I attended the sessions, I was lost and dealing with a lot of emotions. I had a lot of dark periods. As a result of attending the counselling I have been able to adopt some coping mechanisms to deal with my everyday issues. I would like to say a big thank you to Andrea and Jeanette for all their help.
