Review of Lourdes Ward written by a patient
30th December 2018

This is a wonderful facility. However, you do need to address the level of noise. My room is opposite the pantry and therefore in a noisy position. But the staff make no attempt to be quiet, either in the pantry or outside of it. Shouting at each other on the corridor, slamming doors and generally talking loudly to each other. They forget that patients really need peace and quiet. All the staff are delightful, kind and caring but need a little help! Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Review of St Anne's Ward written by a patient

The ward staff are friendly and helpful and professional in their duties, While maintaining an informal atmosphere. These are also a whole list of alternate therapies available of desired which are also of the same professional excellence. The drinks trolley don't come often enough!

Was able to relax and forget the usual hustle and bustle of life. There were mindfulness classes you could attend at the hospital.
