Clear communication. Knowledgeable and professional- implies confidence. Impressively backed up by Tony.

Carer was instinctively able to help with pain. Carer had not been told in advance about patient's condition.

Review of Physio/Occupational Therapy written by a patient
31st January 2019

All the physios I have worked with - Hannah, Kim and Sarah are professional but friendly and kind, pushy but not overly so just enough to encourage me to get moving! Improvement? Perhaps if they were working full time, would give improved cover.

-Really nothing can be improved because I am getting all the care that you can give me. -It has taken a load off my mind being at the hospice. I feel safer because all the nurses here know what I need when I have a panic attack whereas when I am nat home they haven't got a clue.

Can't think of any improvements. The staff from entering to leaving were kind, helpful and professional. Their patience was excellent.
