Having the personal attention of someone who took all my problems seriously and did what they could to help.
It was a great visit. Very positive.
I liked everything, everyone was welcoming. I was made to feel part of the group. I definitely enjoyed the activities and the ambulance was great. Can't think of everything to be improved. Very well looked after by all staff.
I was very lovely, the staff were all very nice. I don't think anything can be improved.
Making a memory box. She remembered enjoying the massages. Having someone there to speak to.
The volunteer was really friendly and my dad really liked it when she came over. Highlights of the session was the massages. Improvements. The availability was limited and some session timings were not consistent.
Having somebody there present who was kind and comforting. The massages were really helpful and relaxing for dad. One area the session could be improved by having a person matched who speaks the same language as the community member as it was difficult for any conversation to take place.
I was really impressed in the change over the sessions. Before Namaste she did not interact much but she became more interested and responded better to other people. A really wonderful service.
