I think it would be better for my relative if communication between all the service (including S&J) was better. It is not always clear.

If my relative was at Day hospice and medical or care input was needed then it should be straight forward to provide it.

The care and attention given is beyond compare. Keep up the excellent kindness and care. An overwhelming hug of kindness.

Staff re-assure me (the care) 100%. They do not pressurize, they are just there for me and the patient. They are brilliant.

I think St. J staff are marvelous Anna is a diamond and in my opinion she deserves a pay rise.

The therapy helps me a lot, and I find it help at levitate my stress also the therapist is attentive and caring.

The staff are kind and caring. When you call for help, the staff responded immediately they don’t make you wait for ases like in the hospital.

My grandmother is comfortable with the service so far and has not displayed any negative reactions.
