Nurse actually spoke directly to patient, instead of looking at family and was very informative.
Very pleased with care and treatment. Excellent.
Excellent sessions with Andrea, really helped me to cope with my anxiety and worries.
-It would better to have a system where when a call bell goes off other patients don't hear it. This disturbs sleep at night and during the day.
-The physio and dietitian have given me several good ideas which I will be able to use.
Martha was very true to her word. She came when she said she would and was very helpful.
All the staff were very caring, professional and treated my mum with so much dignity.
They listened to our concerns and gave us a lot of info and support about our mum's condition. My mum was kept clean, calm and comfort with pain relief. The staff were attentive, informative and kind and showed my mum a lot of care. I felt safe leaving my mum here. I cannot fault anything :-).
The care I have had was very good and very kind and I have spent half my life in many hospitals so this was so very good. I'm a home bird really and I was very good all the time and hoping to be well, which with this care and help will be soon. I've never had this care in hospital before and I mean all of this so there is a lot of caring people about.
