Even though this has taken me over a year to post this feedback (!!) I want to give praise to Andrea for the care I received at St Josephs in 2018.
Andrea helped unpack and work though some of the issues I was having and gave me advice that has truly been life changing. I took so many positives from my sessions at St Josephs. I'm much more aware my feelings (both positive and negative), why I feel that way and what I could do to address that.
I was given a choice of how I could work through sessions (speaking, drawing, listening) which made me feel really comfortable and respected, considering I had been anxious to get in touch with St Josephs at first.
I'm so grateful for the care my wife and I received at St Joseph's. Keep up the great work!

The care and attention in this place is beyond imagination. The personnel is marvelous, and the smiles on their faces is contagious and comforting.

I would have like to be told about the smoking room being taken away ans the TV problems. The TV has been sorted out thanks to all who helped resolve the problem. As usual the care is second to none. Thank you all.
