• Everything excellent ever since I have been here. Nothing is any trouble if you want anything.
• Excellent, cannot fault it.
• Nothing can be improved.
• If hungry between meals get you some thing.
• Any questions about treatment staff always sit down and explain.
• Any problem they sort it out or get someone to do it for you.

So caring, all your needs fulfilled. Do not ignore you, homely and friendly cannot fault anything. Staff mix with you, have a laugh when family visit.
Door banging outside when they bring food. Think its outside (double doors) Its very trivial though have not mentioned.
Absolutely brilliant, cannot fault them.

The staff are kind, they listen (very important), the groups are small enough to stay friendly. The surroundings are comfortable and airy. When I find room for improvement I will let someone know.
