At first I was not sure how it would work but the volunteer has been really excellent – it has really taken me aback.
She is very gentle, calming pleasant to be around. I see that she has been able to connect with them – her Italian language skills help. It has been lovely for mum. She has a nice, comforting hour with 1-1 attention. It relaxes her, and it relaxes me too knowing she is getting that support.
Massage relaxes my hands and fingers. Helps to get rid of the numbness in my finders. It's nice to have a chat too!
Physio exercises.
I don’t think it can be improved.
I’m very satisfied.
Rachel has lots of patience with me and I especially enjoy throwing balls at her.
I like doing something different and I feel a lot better afterwards.
Phuong (OT) gardener lantern making and decorating.
I enjoyed decorating the lanterns, even though I made a mess of mine.
I especially enjoyed the company of the people and I enjoyed doing something different.

Personal (thrice!).
Nurses have time for you, hospitals don't have 1:1. Always there, can't fault them. Always asking how you are, there when you need them, there all the time. Not like a hospital. My third time here.
Never have to wait.
Makes a difference I know the staff.
Nothing, can't find fault.
Always make me feel welcome.
The care is fine.
Good that people are visited at home. Can interact with new people.
Improvements - minimal language but they skill communicate.
Its a good service (ELT) unique as you don't get this service in hospital.
Social worker was extremely supportive.
