Although my grandfather answered no to all questions, from my observations so far we have found the staff attentive, and when dealing with as personal care throughout the check of has been in a dignity manner, and also respectful.
My grandfather is a little upset with the family at prevent as he would like to go home, which could influence his answers. Nevertheless he has not given me or other member is no family a trainable answer to why he does put 100% here, but over time is one he will keep up the good the work!!!

- Make sure I am comfortable all the time.
