All staff are amazing! thoughtful, caring, compassionate, yet they are still able to bring life into the environment.
Cleaner everywhere!

Help with washing, going to the toilet and meds are very good. The absence of complementary therapies "because of Christmas" has been a disappointment.

- Staff are very attentive and considerate.
- Poor eyesight means it is hard for me to identify the many different staff that attend to me clearer introductions and easier visual identification would be good.
