Staff are very friendly and welcoming they are always on hand to help I love how gentle and patient they are with her where I am happy to go home and know she is a safe hands. The overnight room is a very good idea which I like the fact you can sleep near your loved one so if they need you you are there.

You name it every thing. So different to hospital staff from consultant to lower levels brilliant well and truly.
So friendly. Manam 3 nurses with music and danced in my room, where else would it be allowed. Cheered me up.
