The service has been very helpful as my daughter has felt able to express her feelings much more. The therapist has made her feel safe enough to talk through difficult things. It has been very good to use the arts too.
Improvement: More 'out of school' time sessions, evenings or weekends.

The good care I got was trust in the staff they was very kind and caring and nothing was to much for them I had a lot of confidence in the staff. I was treated with dignity and respect.

What was good.
She has enjoyed her sessions with Carina and likes her very much.
She felt supported and trusted Carina to give her the time and space she needed. Carina and the team also provided her with art materials that she (and I) very much appreciated.
We are both very grateful to Carina, Jody and the St. Joseph's team. I cannot think of anything that could be improved.

There are no words to express how immensely grateful I am for the counselling I have received from St Joseph's. I felt I was able to share the things I was going through without being judged, and where appropriate, I was given another perspective to consider. I truly feel supported and cared for.
