I would prefer to see fewer medical people. This meant that I had to repeat myself alot and people did not know me so well (referring to medical staff and therapists).
All staff are doing a really great job and are all so friendly.
Great service.
I had call from STR Lovett to discuss family meeting with medicines and discharge coordination on Monday 27/07/20, to discuss plan for discharge, we discussed the following (1) Return to his flat with nursing care or (2) Nursing home care where he could get 24/hours care. I told her that I would discuss these 2 options today with my siblings and respond back. I spoke to my siblings and they agreed that sending him home alone without 24 care, would be too risky, as he lives alone. But if this could be provided It may be an option. Otherwise nursing care.
However his condition has deteriorated since this discussion and I have been at his bedside sat all day, called back 11 at night.
Excellent care, staff were very caring and nothing too much for them. Also very good listener's. I can not praise them enough for the care and kindness given to me.
Staff are caring, kind and make me smile everyday.
No job is an effort for any of the staff.
Thank you.
Its been difficult these past few days, but I could not have wished for better care, the staff have been so caring and supportive all of them, but a very special thank you to Lawrence for phoning me, when even their were concerns, unfortunately I could not stay. Last night, to my body needed a break, but I am very grateful that I am welcomed here anytime and given information at every stage of his care, specifically today and other days by Dr. Grace who I have total trust and confidence, also Josephine who was here when we arrived to welcome us and she sat and chatted with me many times over these week's. Thank you all so much.
