A huge thank you to all managers, doctors nurses, physio on St. Michael's ward for the sensitive and caring way the have cared for him, this past week. I was here when when he was admitted after spending 7 weeks in the Willington, she looked deshelved unshaven and Neglected. Sharon very kindly cut his hair and shaved him nurse Josephine sat with me and gave me all information on arrival, also other nurses were communicative friendly kind and helpful. I have been with my brother every day since admitted, we are so grateful for the friendly and helpful manner of all staff and the professional manner in which they conduct them self plus the dedication and kindness shown to patients and family/carers.
I am not eating, but really enjoy ice-lollies which I have been told the hospice does not supply them.
All staff are very understanding of my needs. I wish people outside were the same.
It's a good place. Nurses are great. Fantastic team work.
Excellent care and advice received.
I would prefer to see fewer medical people. This meant that I had to repeat myself alot and people did not know me so well (referring to medical staff and therapists).
Staff are kind.
