Well deserved, the staff are very good and they all listen and give her time to talk, very understandable.

The group and the place is very good, she do not think there are anything else that could be better.

The staff have treated patient and relatives with care and respect and has shown a level of support that is exceptional. The level of professionalism is more than anyone can expect.

Some nurses are more experienced than others, gentle caring.
Suggested improvements
I think everyone does the best to their ability. Some nurses are experienced than others. Patient found it hard to eat, due to painful throat. Maybe look at the food menu.
