- Very very good./nI am pleased and happy withe everything. You could not do more for me.
Suggested improvements
On the wards- In the bathroom it would help to have somewhere to hang up clothes and bits- like a look or a tail./nA rubber stopper on the wall would help that when you open up the toilet seat it does not hit the wall with a bang.

Exceptional staff, knowledgeable, empathetic and very , very attentive. Really was so much better than my relent hospital visit in every way. Everyone could do enough for me to help and for my wife.

I felt extremely anxious and frightened when I arrived for my respite, however it quickly changed to comfortable and calm, this is due to the warmth and kindness I felt from all the staff. Thank you.
Suggested improvements
I would like possibly some 'light' activities to do. Maybe puzzles, crosswords, etc.

Amazing staff. Really went above and beyond in everything from helping me physically and with empathy. Very knowledgeable about all my specific issues and really helped me understand my future, pain management, silence and the help available to me.
