Only negative feedback would be more pre-active and clearer information about visiting when we arrived- had to ask and were surprised by answer so being more upfront/ negotiate would be nicer.

Staff are kind and attentive. They are happy to chat and be there for patients. I love the relaxed atmosphere.

All the staff talk and offer help all the time/ their kind and make sure I’m safe.

Maybe care more around my needs that is specific to me. Checking more at night to offer help.

The entire team were absolutely brilliant. So attentive and caring, with such genuine warmth to our dear Anita (patient) but also to the whole family. We are forever grateful.

Because we feel that if Mr. Browne did not come to St. Joseph's he would have deteriorated. Now he see hopefulness in his eyes and strength in his body.
