Because I found the therapist Reiki therapy very sensitive, soothing and effective, at a time when my nerves feel jangled by suffering of my son and others close to him. As a carer, it's wonderful to receive this support from the hospice.

There was just one occasion when there was administrative confusion about a session bookin in my regular slot. I'd just ask to keep my changes informed to me via Nicole.
